Naturopathic medicine is a whole-person approach to health that recognizes the interconnectedness of the body and emphasizes supporting the body’s inherent ability to maintain and restore balance. It considers the many factors that can influence health, including nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system, and the environment.
Naturopathic doctors receive training in conventional health sciences as well as naturopathic approaches, including clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle counseling, and physical medicine. The naturopathic approach emphasizes individualized care, prevention, and identifying factors that may be contributing to a person’s health concerns.

My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported. I take my time with each person I work with, giving you space to share your health story, your concerns, what you’ve already tried, and what matters most to you.
Rather than focusing on one symptom in isolation, we look at the bigger picture and explore the different factors that may be influencing how you feel.
I also believe you should understand the “why” behind your health plan. Our work is collaborative, with plenty of room for questions, education, and discussion. My goal is to help you leave our visits with greater clarity about your health and practical, personalized steps that feel realistic for your life.

It depends on where you live. Wildflower Gut Solutions is a fully virtual practice, and services are available to clients in Texas and select other states. Because laws governing naturopathic and wellness services vary by state, availability and the type of services provided may depend on your location. Contact me or schedule a complimentary call if you're unsure whether services are available in your state.
Rhode Island residents: I am a licensed naturopathic doctor in Rhode Island. Services provided to Rhode Island patients are offered within the scope of my Rhode Island naturopathic physician license and may differ from the wellness consulting services described elsewhere on this website.
